Best hard drive migration tool

Just bought a Samsung 1tb SSD, so I'm looking to move my two raid 0 256gb SSDs over to it. What's the best migration tool to use? I've heard acronis is the most preferred, but looking for some opinions before I start. I'd rather not have to worry about doing a clean install

I use Miray HDClone Pro.
I don't know of any "free" cloners that work on raid arrays, thats almost always a feature they reserve for a paid edition.
