Best Cable/Internet in DFW Tx

I am moving to Dallas this summer and I have absolutely no idea what to expect in terms of cable provider and internet.
When I say cable, I don't care if its Dish, DirectTV, Cable, U-Verse, etc -- just TV.
I do need high speed and reliable internet.
Suggestions from the Tech Board?

Depending on the area TWC/Spectrum is a big player. I also know Verizon and ATT have services in certain areas. More than likely though you will be a TWC/Spectrum customer.

I had ATT for a while and hated it. Moved and got TWC and enjoy it. It's all at least better than cox.

The 2 big players are Spectrum (formerly TWC) and ATT. Att just started offering fiber so you can get 300mbps speeds. But the best value is Spectrum for internet. I pay $50 for 70mbps. As for cable, I cut it a couple of years ago. But at the time, Spectrum was the best value but their DVR wasn't as robust as Att. Depending on what channels you watch, I would look at SlingTV or PSvue for television streaming. They will be way cheaper than land based cable.

High cost/great quality: Verizon/Frontier FiOS (My bill for Internet & TV averaged around $150/month)
Low cost/really good quality: Spectrum (Internet only 100mbps come out to $43/month)

Go with Spectrum and you'll be set.
