8mm Sony camcorder tape to digital. Do I still want to find a business that offers this task? Have we come to the point of DIY tape to digi conversion? What say you, the almighty O-T? I have some hot old 90s vid with the wifey, the kids being born and growing up etc. Me skydiving, some hurricane and flood stuff.

Just plug your camcorder into your computer and play the tape, as you burn it to a disc on your computer. Easy.
