Best Android Phone with Keyboard?

My phone upgrade date is coming up soon with Verizon. Currently I am using a Motorola Droid 4 phone, since I really like having a physical keyboard.
What is the best current model with a keyboard? Blackberry is a thought, but I don't want to have to pick a new suite of apps for calendar, contacts, tasks, etc if Blackberry is not Android compatible.
Thanks for any help. As you can probably tell I am not much of a tech whiz.

Have you tried using a larger phone with a soft keyboard? I love my Samsung Note 3. I have larger fingers and there is plenty of screen space for me to type.

I don't even think they make phones with physical keyboards anymore...
