I'm in a similar situation. Except I'm off the main road. Charter tells me (based on my address) that I do t have service available. However, the address is new and screwy in any map system (shows up in wrong location).
However, I can use their system and show service available both North and South of my address within a mile or two.
How do I get them to actually look into my address more than just a database search? I'm in Walker so not far from you Livingston folks.

Sounds like you need to talk to construction which there is no way to contact

I went to the main office in Hammond before and asked to speak to the construction planner or engineer or something and they told me he wasn't in.. I may just have to do that again and again..
