Anyone here have experience with Transcend SSDs?

Such as this one?

Looking into getting an SSD and saw there's a lightning deal coming up in 30 min for this one on Amazon. Reviews look pretty good

For SSDs, I personally would stay with Intel, Samsung, or Crucial. They do the most validation and testing.

My experience is with Crucial and Samsung. I will consider Sandisk, but I'm not straying further afield than that for the foreseeable future.

Having said that - reviews for the brand, overall, seem to be good.

Yeah, I've got a Samsung in my MacBook and it's been awesome. Depending on how much this drops in price, I may buy it and a 850 evo and try them out.

Micron NAND with a proprietary controller. They're fine.

They are really excellent ssd's. Not to mention they are the only third party SSD's authorized by Apple.
