I would believe so. We are all Android in this family, so can't confirm without a few Google searches.

If i'll purchase a TAG, it won't be a smartwatch where tech changes in leaps every 2 yrs.

After two years they give you the full cost back as a credit to buy a new Tag.

Have you guys used Wifi on any watches, how fast does it drain the life?

Is pretty awesome. I lose my phone connection if I go down the hall to take a crap.

My son otoh can be anywhere in the house or even outside by the pool and still get all notifications etc.

I think there's a smart hand off to WiFi only if the BT connection breaks but I honestly don't know how it works

really?

I really love the look of my son's watch. Definitely doesn't look too big at all. Looks like a regular watch.

Nothing really.

Google Maps is cool while driving and reading texts while working.

I can see the webcam in my son's room and zoom in.

I can text, email and voice call people in the car just by talking out loud...my hand never leaves the steering wheel and I never have to fumble for the phone.

I can easily get music playing in my car just by talking out loud.

Google maps and the vibration turn by turn is fantastic. Even better when walking. Never have to pull the phone out of my pocket.

Love the weather radar loop watch face.

Finally I can access my wink shortcuts on my watch and even use voice control to turn on lights or lock the door without having to find my phone first, put in my security pin.. Find the widget, click it, then put the phone down again.

Moto 360 2nd gen is in a league of its own. And it looks 100x better than that small wrist trash like it was on a cheap watch table at Walmart.

i like the 360 second gen but im not spending $300 on any of these. the $200 price tag for the Urbane was the most i was gonna spend on something i probably don't really need

This watch is infamously the ugliest of the smart watches. Would not purchase.

Just spend a few bucks more for a Moto 360.

We have some serious differences in taste. The urbane isnt the best looking watch ever but the moto 360 looks like something at the bottom of a cracker jack box.

Have you seen in person? I would agree, but the Urban looks like junk in person.

It's flipped.

Have you seen the new casio smart watch?
quote:

The Smart Outdoor Watch WSD-F10 is a gigantic, rugged Android Wear device with a specific use case: it’s the smartwatch you’ll take into the great outdoors. It’s water-resistant to 50 meters with MSL-STD-810 US military compliance, and comes with a pressure sensor along with the compass and accelerometer.

quote:

The watch runs Android Wear like the Huawei Watch, the Tag Heuer Connected and Motorola Moto 360, but has two screens within one display. The first is a standard round 1.32in colour TFT LCD touchscreen, similar to that found on watches like the Moto 360, complete with a flat-tyre shape. The second display, which is visible when the colour screen is turned off, is a monochrome LCD that shows the time like a classic Casio watch.

its been really interesting (much like when online banking, music labels, virtualization of ROM/emulators, magazines, comic books, etc.) to watch (no pun intended) Rolex, etc go from uninterested in some stupid electronic screen that could display a likeness of their watch face to suddenly wanting RABID control over using their logo and watch face.

it seems these dinosaur industries never learn and only after they realize technology is trumping their crown jewels do they send out the lawyers first, then (like Casio & TAG) start to come out with their own products embracing the new technology.
