Bought my wife a Nexus 5X, created a Gmail account for her to sign up with Fi. Accidentally linked her account to my main Gmail account, so she could only see my contacts on her phone.

I told her I'd fix it, but instead of waiting, she decided to deleted all of my contacts, not realizing I'd lose them off of my phone too.

I don't recall every backing the contacts up, couldn't find em on Google Drive.

Any last ditch options for me to find them on something Google related?

Have you tried your phone with the contacts?

Go to gmail (desktop) and go to contacts. I think there is a recover feature.

Nah, wasn't able to find where it might be on Gmail

I looked it up myself. It's there. At the top left you will see gmail and a drop down arrow. You will see contacts. The recover is going to be on the left pane in the new window.

Sweet, this'll save me probably an hour or so that I had planned this weekend to manually add back as many contacts as I could.
