Any reviews on the AT&T Unite Explore Hotspot here? Also, portable scanner options?

Recently started a new job and need wifi on the go. I have AT&T coverage with my phone, so to keep things simple I figured get this and just pay 1 bill a month. Any reviews or other options that are better? LINK
Also, I'm looking for a portable scanner. LINK that one looks solid, but anything I'm missing? Just need to scan documents/receipts and business cards. Nothing fancy, and can slip into my man purse.

Get the scanner pro app for your phone. You take a picture and it saves it to your phone or tablet. The way the app copies the document makes it look just as if you'd used a traditional scanner.

Why not just use your phone for the hotspot?
I was going to recommend this scanner, but it seems the one you linked is probably the same thing and cheaper.

I have the ATT cheaper version the velocity hotspot....works great...Have 2 of them actually with the unlimited data plan you can get it for $20 per month each. Use one at lake house for simple internet out there and another in the car for kiddos ipads etc.
