We have an old Bose 3-2-1 system that has crapped out. Haven't been impressed with friends soundbars but looking at the Bose last night in the store I was impressed especially with the bass module. Say has 2 rear speakers you can add as well. The Bose sounded much better than the Soros in the store.
Of course getting all components you're up to $1700 which is ok if worth it.
2K is about all I'd want to spend and mainly used for sports with occasional movies and Bluetooth music from phone. . Be in an open living space 20x25.

I have a 3 2 1 that is about 15 years old. still going strong. will be a sad day when I have to replace it. A friend has the 300 bar and loves it. I think it does a great job but I am partial to my 3 2 1 ......
Have you called Bose customer support? About 10 years into owning my 321 I had an issue with the base unit and I called them to see if there might be a firmware fix or something. There wasn't BUT they did swap out the unit free of charge, even after that much use. Even covered the shipping. They also offered me a generous discount if I was willing to upgrade to a new system. Stellar customer service IMO.

I assume you mean SONOS. I sell both lines and I agree the Bose soundbar sounds better. I will say the individual speakers SONOS makes sounds better than the Bose Soundtouch speakers but Bose got them on the soundbar.
Also the Bose version of the SONOS connect it is much cheaper. I can get two Bose Soundlinks plus a dumb 2 zone amp and have two zones of audio for the price of one SONOS connect amp zone.
