Android smart watch recommendations?

Yall helped Alot with the smart thermostat thread.
Now I'm looking to buy a smart watch.
I want to be able to:
Read and respond to texts and emails (talk to text is fine)
Answer phone calls
Weather reports
Receive notifications from my phone
Preferably be able to set alarms, calender apoitnemts, etc... using the watch to my phone.
Suggestions? O

I haven't come across any smart watch that really wowed me. But the Huawei (sp) came the closest.

IP68 rated which is same as the S7 and Note 7, too. Not a bad deal at all. My concern with refurb would be battery life.
