Does anyone else have problems trying to watch Amazon in UHD? I can't seem to get anything to stream higher than HD. I checked my download speed and it's 39 mbps, so that shouldn't be a factor. I have a Sony XBR 930 and tried viewing with both the TV's Amazon as well as the app through a PS4 Pro. The problem isn't with just one show either, as I looked for multiple UDH shows, and none of them streamed higher than 1080.

Any suggestions? Oh, and by the way. Man in the Castle is a surprisingly interesting series.

I assume you have a 930D. I would make sure you have the latest firmware. Then maybe delete and reinstall the Amazon App.

Nope. I've watched both The Grand Tour and Man in High Castle in 4K HDR through my Roku Ultra on my Samsung KS8000.

Hardwire is always the better way to go over wifi.

Are you sure your HDMI cable can pass a 4K@60Hz signal? When I was reading up on 4K and HDR, it was a common problem that people's old HDMI cable couldn't handle the 18 GBps throughput as specified by the HDMI 2.0 spec.

So I bought one of these HDMI cables.

Monoprice Certified Premium High Speed HDMI Cable

The premium certification means the cable has been tested to support 18Gbps, 4K@60Hz, HDR, etc.
