I think it's because his 'club' (Vitesse II) is terrible. They're in the relegation playoff zone for the bottom tier (the semi-pro/reserves) in the Netherlands. They need him to stay up.

Anyone else think Hamburg pulled one over us, considering that Bobby Wood went 90 yesterday?

Aren't they in a relegation battle? I can see him being held out if he wasn't 100% so he could take the time off to heal.

Romain Gall 7min as a sub in GIF Sundsvall's 3-1 W vs Eskilstuna; his debut in the Swedish top flight

*4/2

Julian Green 68min in Stuttgart's 3-3 draw vs Dynamo Dresden; his 2nd start in last 3 games.

Alfredo Morales 90min in Ingolstadt's 2-1 win vs Mainz. FCI is 7 points below red line w/ 8 to play. Just a CDM starting in the bundesliga, dont need to call him up.

We can probably add Marco Farfan as potential LB of the future. He's 18 and has started playing for Portland.

He's started and played two full games this season.
