Why do people think Countinho is good?

I saw him get applauded off the field today like he was a hero or something, he didn't do shite all game in fact had the right call been made it would be his fault they didn't score.
He also didn't do anything great last week until he hit one of those miss it you're an idiot make it you're a hero shots and got lucky.
People say he had an amazing year last year too. He had like 4 goals and flopped around like a little bitch half the time.
you can go to the bottom of this website and compare him to other players to see how average he was. LINK
haha and Liverpool played so bad he got MOTM that's when you know your team is shite

He is pretty good, not on the level of the top four Spanish playmakers, but he could get there one day.

Yea since Ozil regularly scores game winning belters?
Ozil is also three years older but its actually a pretty good comparison tbh.
Both have huge issues with overall consistency but Ozil hasn't proven he can take a game over and win it the way Cou has already has.

Not sure I agree, not saying its clear cut by any means but we both have bias.
Saying Coutinho isn't good is fricking heresy though.
