I really only know a few names form England and Italy.

England
-Alli
-Kane
-Lukaku
-bellerin
-martial
-Rashford?
-Dier?

Italy
-Dybala
-Pogba
-Donnarumma
-Icardi
-Florenzi
-Romanagli or whatever from AC milan

Germany
-ter stegen
-gotze
-Rues

Spain
-Halilovic
-el haddi

France
-Veratti
-Raboit

From my shitty list I would say Italy as a league and country.

I don't jack about any other leagues so add some names to look out for in the future or maybe even see at the euros

As a national team is concerned France has some good young talent: Pogba (23), Coman (19), Martial (20), Griezmann (25), Kante (25), Digne (22), Varane (23), Zouma (21) and Lacazette (24)

yeah it appears france has a golden generation looming

an attacking 3 of griezman, coman/martial, and lacazette could be stunning...and they have pogba in the midfield behind them

if 2 of varane, zoma, and mangala develop that's an athletic CB pairing

Not counting Neymar and James as young talent? Angel Correa, Antonio Sanabria, Inaki Williams, Dani Ceballos, Paco Alcacer, Oliver Torres, Ayemeric Laporte, Jiminez, Bailly, Luciano Vietto.

Liga BBVA stacked with young talent.

The attacking force of Belgium could be just as good as France's if not already.

Eden Hazard (25), Lukaku (22), Origi (21), Michy Batshuayi (22), De Bruyne (24), Tielemans (21).

That's as impressive as anyone in the world right now.

When was the last time the French performed anywhere near expectations in a major tournament lol?

Back when they were runners up in 06?

At least Belgium is performing to expectations with their talent thus far.

they have an abundance of good, young players.

Schalke has 3 or 4, themselves.
