Wayne Rooney's eldest son Kai is training with rivals Manchester City, it has emerged.
The seven-year-old had been playing with Manchester United’s development team since October. But since then the schoolboy talent has turned up at the City Football Academy, where he is thought to have impressed the coaching staff.
In recent weeks, Sportsmail understands Rooney mingled happily with the other parents of the City Under 7s squad, some of whom were surprised to see the United forward at their rivals’ headquarters.

Beckham's kid was at Arsenal the last I heard.
Maybe Wayne's kids will be just as talented as his brother and gain a brief role coming off the bench for the New York Red Bulls before getting cut because their name couldn't hide the fact that they were rubbish.

I feel like kids of players for some reason or another end up being trash, but siblings are always good.
Like the Lukaku, Xhaka, Boateng, Pogba brothers.

Yup daily mail it's legit
Regardless Rooney's kid also is training at United. He's 7 for fricks sake
RVP's and Phil's kids are no longer at City anyway

Lol I doubt parents of other kids at City's facility or just blowing shite out of their arse.
I just think it's funny, I know it doesn't mean anything.
People claim how hardcore soccer rivalries are in Europe, but you would never see someone who played college football at UT let their kid even entertain going to OU/A&M, or the same with Ohio State and Michigan. And this is even worse, because Wayne is apparently just there watching his kid at the facility. Like that would be the equivalent of Tom Brady dressing his kid up in OSU shite on Christmas and sending it out on social media.

Dude you do realize the DM is known for just making things up for clicks. The dead give away is they won't even allow comment on the article. I thought you have been following soccer long enough to know the DM is trash. Starting a thread using the DM as a source is awful.
Regardless his son isn't part of the City academy, at that age it's common for kids to go around to multiple clubs to have a kick about and have fun.
Just bc a kids dad played at United doesn't mean they should get an automatic place at the academy. They have a standard to keep, they legit told RVP and Phil their son was not good enough but of course City will take them on to help build publicity.

Anybody named Kai is going to end up sucking dicks when an adult.
