Just wondering what I should do if I don't get tickets through the lottery. I know some should pop up on the market but will likely cost an insane price. I know for Copa The American Outlaws had an exchange where people that couldn't make it could sell tickets at face value. I don't think there will be many for this unless someone just buys extra. Figure the cap will be 4 per order.

Capped at four tickets per household. No paper tickets, no e-tickets, no PDFs.
All tickets will be sent to your phone.
Good luck getting tickets on the secondary market.

frick, I had hopes of going on the secondary market as a plan B. Should've signed up for the US soccer supporters club as well as a backup. The email from AO should be out today about the tickets.

Ticket master is trying to go mobile only to monopolize the market.
One benefit of eliminating PDF's is that it reduces fraud.
However, ticket master does have the ability to transfer and/or sell your mobile tickets. I just don't know if the option to sell exists for this event.

I will be there if either my brother or I win tickets through the lottery. If we both were to win, we'd be looking to sell but not sure how it's going to work since they are mobile only.

I want to get in the lottery but if I can't transfer the tickets if something comes up and I can't go I would be out at least a couple hundred.

I went to both Pearl Jam shows at Wrigley.
I got tickets through the fan club lottery, and they were at will call, under my name. I had to have photo ID and the card I used to pick them up.
If I couldn't have made it to Chicago, I would have been out the $$$.
This did insure that PJ fans were in the best seats, and that ALL of the seats didn't end up on Stubhub.
