Get rid of the stars on the shoulders and it's decent. Don't mind the blue stars on the torso.

The dark blue stars won't show up on TV, so this is a bit of a nitpick, but why even add those?
ETA: I'm happy this is not another Nike recolor. It's the same template, but it's unique from all the other ones.
