He'll probably be on the bench. He's still new to the team.

I've watched a game and a half so my opinions are valid, right?

I will say that we do have a few guys on here that do pay a lot of attention to our young players.

Just finished listening to the MiB interview. He's such a great interviewer.

Its so funny that they seem so ridiculous together, but they both seem to be really freaking good at their day jobs.

Put the starting lineup in the OP.

Talking points:

The formation. It's not really a 4-4-2 so much as a 4-3-3. Defensively I think Allen will hold back more with Rubin staying high, making it a 4-4-2 when tactics call for it. In attack it can transition to the 4-3-3 easily.

Acosta starting over Payne at left back. Payne started there against their warmup match against Australia (2-1 good guys). Actually, I'm surprised Payne isn't starting at at least one of the back positions.

Allen starting is interesting, and I like it. I prefer it to what Ives predicted (Arriola).

I knew Rubin would start but it was really a tossup between BJIV and Tall. Interesting to see he went with Tall, but Tall did score against Australia.

Never seen Delgado play, so I don't know anything about him. But he trains with Michael Bradley so hopefully he's rubbing off on him a bit.

For reference, here was Ives' prediction:

For those wondering about the U-20 formation. It's a 4-4-2 diamond. Midfield: Hyndman up top, Delgado deep, Sonora on left, Allen on right
