I’m just saying, I know I wanted the season to end, but now I’m ready for it to begin again. Screw the off season.

Check back with me after week 4.

The schedule just came out and the run-in looks absolutely brutal.
-Newcastle
-Manchester City
-Arsenal
-Liverpool
(with Burnley & Sheffield to finish the season)

We better have top 6 wrapped up by then. Points are going to be hard to come by to end the season. I'm ready to see what they do in the transfer window.

But at what cost? We’re losing Winks. Not worth it IMHO.

Levy Out.

What do y'all think of Bayern's bid for Kane? It's not $100 million. I wonder if Levy even counters.

I think it comes down to if you truly think he walks for free next year. If that’s the case, is he worth the bid to the squad this season? That’s a tough call.

I’d obviously prefer him to stay, but wouldn’t begrudge Kane or Levy if he were to move on. Especially if it’s outside of England.

Men in Blazers dropped a really good podcast yesterday about Big Ange. Covers his background, upbringing, and working style.
I recommend a listen if you have the time.

I’ll be sure to give this a listen. I’m really intrigued by him and think he’s the type of manager we need. I’m not saying I think he’ll be successful But I think he’s the type of manager that can get the players and fans to buy in.

Thanks for the heads up. That was a good listen. One consistent thing in everything that I have read and listened to is that we should expect a slow start. Fans need to get behind him and let him turn this club around. I don't really know how to define success at this point because the EPL has become even more competitive, but I am confident that if he is given the right amount of time he will get this team playing extremely competitive and attractive football.

Spurs looking to make some defensive moves this week. VDV looks to have agreed to a deal and hopefully Tapsoba will be next.

I don't think it's going to happen, but I really think this squad desperately needs Tapsoba and VDV in this window. I think VDV could rotate at left back with Udogie and Tapsoba has the ability to provide cover for Romero.

Move Davinson, Tanganga, Perisic, & Rodon for whatever you can get.

How do you guys feel about the Kane situation? I’m happy that they’ve offered him a good deal to stay and happy they are holding to the value they have for him. I’m hoping he signs the deal and stays, I think he will be successful in Ange’s system. It’ll worry me if he doesn’t sign and we don’t sell, can you imagine the outrage if he leaves on a free next summer?

As much as I love Kane, if you can get £85-90m+ for him to go abroad then I think you should do it. My nightmare scenario is him just walking for free to another English club, because i just know I’ll slowly start to hate him when he’s banging in goals for a different English club.

So if you can get a solid fee for him, and have him go abroad, I’m all for it. I think it also has the added benefit of giving Postecoglu more time, taking some pressure off, with the fans. Nobody will be expecting miracles with your best player having just left. Though I’m not sure how many Tottenham fans actually believe in miracles anymore.
