While this is true, the tweet was from the first half!

Liverpool is Tuesday at 2. I just had to move some things around, so I'm free to watch.

So we have 14 matches left in league play. We have 10 matches against teams below us, and two against teams on par with us (southampton and 'pool). We also play United and City. Even if we lose all 4 of those we could still finish the season on 73 points is that historically enough for top 4?

Every season is different. Last time we were Top 4, we had 70 points (69 when we were Top 4 but got bumped from CL). But last year the 4th team (Arsenal) had 79 points. Since tons of points have been dropped this year, I have to assume 73 would be pretty safe, but let's just win every game from here on out just to be safe.

Is it too late for a COYS? Cause I was out of town this weekend and couldn't post.

Nah, never too late after beating the gooners!

COYS!

Never too late. The average age of our starting lineup yesterday was 23.6. This group has a chance to be special in the next few years.

And besides a skittish 1st half from Lamela, our younger guys are playing with all of the confidence in the world right now.

This team has a chance to be something special for the rest of this season and next year. I mean just look at the progression of our youth under a first year Poch. Another offseason with the manager and our team might start contending for EPL titles...

Injury this week: Bentaleb (Broken hand, wrist, and arm + dislocated shoulder.)

But seriously, I am LOVING Poch's overall demeanor and understated enthusiasm he has for this team.

Poch is the man. He has completely changed the mentality at the club.

We couldve been contending this year if some of the bad losses like palace and such were at worst draws.

The past is the past. All we have to look forward to now is kicking the shite out of the bindippers in their own backyard tomorrow.

Im actually expecting a win. Dont think sturridge makes it the whole match, also believe we start chadli to give kane a little help keep eriksen as the cam instead of left/right wing. Also probably start dier again to contend with sturridge and sterlings speed.

I think it's funny we will be the only team to play Sturridge TWICE*. Hell most teams haven't played him at all this season!

But I'm feeling good about today! The past is the past. We are in a position on the table that if we take care of what we need to take care of, everything we want will fall into place.
