Lies

I only down vote on week days.

To be fair I will downvote most United things.

People are going way put of their way to say Zlatan is medicore. So he isnt CR7 or Messi.. Who is?

Ok we get Lique 1 isnt what the PL is or LA Liga or even where Serie A was or maybe still is.

Is it Russia? No

All kidding aside, dominating France isnt just a cake walk. People love hateing on new money. This holds true in every aspect of life.

I think we can all agree Zlatan in England or MLS will be entertaining for us English speaking folk.

They won the league by 31 points this season. That is the definition of a cake walk.

They've won the league in the rest of the seasons by eight or more points. PSG just don't have anyone who can consistently compete with them domestically. The money and the star power are too much. They should run away with the league each year.

Some people like to complain on here about Bayern dominating Germany, but at least Dortmund have won the league recently and have gone deep in the UCL.

Bayern and PSG have both won their respective leagues 4 years running, and Monaco made the CL quarterfinals just last year.

Bayern have won their 4 titles by 26, 21,10,and 10 points respectively. PSG have won by 12, 9, 8, and 31.

Total those out and its Bayern 66 PSG 60.

And they couldn't sustain their success because their money started to dry up some. They couldn't even get out of the Europa group stage this season.

The Olympiques can't hang at the moment, so PSG is free to just wipe the floor with everyone.

My point was that PSG doesn't have a Dortmund to seriously push them (and, yes, I'm well aware that Dortmund fell off last season, but they came back strongly this season while missing the UCL). That's why there's so much pressure on PSG to really challenge for the UCL title, because they don't have any huge competition in their own country at the moment.

That's all fine and good, Dortmund was in the Europa this year too, i'm just saying the Ligue 1 hate has gone way overboard.

Yeah, Dortmund was in Europa (but went far in it) because of how weird Klopp's last season was. It's gonna be an anomaly, though.

Ligue 1 just needs to get that one team to really push PSG, and I think the bad-mouthing from some on here would go down. Until that happens, though, people are gonna look at PSG's domestic honors like they have asterisks by them.

Americans and Brits who don't watch L1 and thus don't know anything about it might. How significant an opinion that is remains unclear.

I just can't see that happening... They are a stepping stone league, other than PSG..

Traditionally, it has been pretty competitive league (with its couple of dominant teams), but the PSG model has blown that out of the water.. Monaco tried, but failed.. Given the current ownership situation, PSG should win the league every year, for the foreseeable future... anything less would be a failure..

I'm sure some of the others will make it more competitive from time to time.. more so than this season..

They didn't really fail so much as had to abort mission due to their owner's divorce

He's the all time leading goal scorer not just at PSG, but in all of Ligue 1

For a player to get a stand named after him after not even being at a club that long it shows the club has no history or great legends.

I mean the club has only been around since 1970, I don't know what you want.

DC United has only been around since 1996, I guess that makes them a plastic no history club?
