As I put away this martini, I want to point out that 65% of SB voters voted for a team other than Real Madrid for Best Team.

You could make a decent case for Barcelona or Atletico.

I think it is funny that Ronaldo won best player, but Suarez won best forward.

Update from the tOfficial Jamie Vardy After-Party:

A heated confrontation between MLSter and Riyad Mahrez nearly came to blows, but Claudio Ranieri diffused the situation by ordering pizza and a round of beers for everyone in attendance.

And now we go to the Most Underrated Team award. The winner is... Atletico Madrid.
Damn, people still think Atletico is underrated? I figured they were becoming recognized as a great team after winning La Liga & being runner up in Champions League in 2013-14, and finishing 3 points out of 1st in La Liga & runner up once again in Champions League in 2015-16.

They are underrated because people do not realize that they are consistently one of the three to five top clubs in the world. Over the past few years, they should be held in the same regard as Barca, Madrid, and Bayern.

Well if that's the case, then there are only two big clubs in England and they both wear red....

Raheem Sterling is so brave to leave a big club to win silverware with a smaller one, especially since it came against said large club.

I'm pretty excited to win best quote. I'm gonna be pretty busy tonight though, so I probably won't be able to provide an acceptance post.

Well, the least you could do is pre-record an acceptance speech and post the video to this thread
