Rich =/= big

You have clubs in the championship with more history and fans than City.

They didn't go strictly by money

I wouldn't have had City that high either but if Chelsea is that high why not them?

Arsenal is the biggest club in the biggest city

Villa is the biggest club in the second city

Bc Manchester and Liverpool has a frick ton of people who are transplants from London, Birmingham and other parts of the country especially in the south. Manchester has actually been booming. Great city for an under 40 person single or with a family to move.
