First of all, their sessions are incredible. Most of training is a game played on a small-sided field, 10 a side, and all the guys are within 15 yards of each other. It's so compact, and they're still able to function in such tight corners.
This is done many a place, with regularity, and at an early age (right after football 7, even though football 7 sides will train with a full 10 like this, or 11, if a short and thin field with goals is available on the complex). Spacing is not as generous as the 15 yards he mentions, it's probably more like seven, eight max.
