He's 24 and on the out at Chelsea. I think we've seen the best of him already. Not a bad thing by any means, but I don't see his name rising higher.

He's definitely a star for the USMNT, very impacful, so I am not disappointed with him. Just thinking that this is his peak. Rotational guy for big clubs or solid starter if you move him down a tear.

My biggest concern is that he makes a lateral move to a new club on the same level as Chelsea. Before his Chelsea move, I seem to remember him not getting much playing time at Dortmund due to Jadon Sancho being in front him in the pecking order.

His rumors of man U, milan, etc seems to spell the same outcome for him. Wouldn't he better off on a team like everton, aston villa, mid level teams?

These big teams will just buy a superstar at will and he'll be benched again.

If he can stay healthy, he can be a key contributor to a top team in a top league. We saw that with Chelsea coming out of the COVID break.

The problem is that he is brittle as frick and can never establish himself for long periods of time.

He was great in the last WC for us.

He's still in his prime and will get another crack at a top club if he wants it. Can't ignore the Chelsea shitshow factor during the end of his tenure.

Maybe he can still develop some semblance defensive acumen in the latter-half of his career. If he stays healthy he'll still be playing in the top leagues, especially since his substitution ability will always have some sort of value.

He needs to go somewhere where he will be an every game starter and an important contributor. He also needs to stay healthy. Everything else is just lagniappe. Go to Fulham for all I care, just fn play.

Unfortunately he is made of glass, and teams have figured out his hard counter is being physical. His size can't handle it. I think he'd eat in a Serie A side like Napoli, Juventus, Milan tho.

He's more fragile than a new born. As tough as a tree slug, and peaked out years ago.

Some guys peak early, middle, or late in careers

He has a fan club of minions on this board, it's creepy how much they adore him and his softness.

I really think that Reyna will be what he was supposed to be. But he also is fragile.

From a talent perspective, just an average player. I don’t think he would start for Brighton.

He needs to go to a smaller club, get playing time and establish himself. As someone mentioned, a less physical league than the EPL would help as well. Chelsea has been a mess this year but not recently (four top four finishes in a row prior to this year). That is just an excuse for a grossly overrated player. Don't want him anywhere near my club. He fits USMNT though.

CP with the brace v. Mexico. Yeah, soft with marginal talent.

1 game doesn't override 4 years of data. I don't think he's mentally soft I just think his body can't handle it as has been proven time and time again.

This is fair. He’s extremely talented but EPL is probably too physical for him. He would excel in another top 5 league.

He’s just entirely too skinny. He needs a La Liga move or maybe Bundesliga. He’s tough, as demonstrated last night, but his body just can’t withstand the constant beating it takes over the course of a season in the EPL.
