Dortmund 3 - 1 Milan

Goal 1: Pulisic assist to Sahin
Goal 2: Pulisic draws pen, Auba converts
Goal 3: Pulisic assist to Auba

It doesn't seem real man, he just keeps getting better.

And for those interested, 4 minutes of Pulisic-only highlights from the match.

Isn't it so awesome to have one of our own playing so well for a big club at age 18? He gives hope to all the kids going through the US development academy programs right now to see that an American-born player can make it at that level.

It's only a matter of time before we have multiple young studs like him.

I doubt he features for BVB much this season... He may be a great American talent, but when it comes to Europe, players like him are a dime a dozen. Mor > Pulisic

ETA shite. I've been had.

Too easy. But frick it I'm bored.

He featured, starting or off the bench, in every league game last season. Contributed even more for BVB in the Champions League. Under Tuchel, Pulisic and Dembele were clearly favored over the rest of that young group of attacking options BVB have right now. Who knows what will happen under the new manager. But starting the first match of the Champions Cup and being directly involved in all 3 goals won't hurt his chances.

Google "Top 50 Prospects In Europe Under 25" or "Top 25 Prospects in Europe Under 21" or any other variation of those and see what the results show you. Every European publication has him near the top of pretty much every list.

Mor > Pulisic

Who knows for the future. But right now, not close.

He was referring to the comments made by SlowEasy last season about Pulisic.

I wasn't aware of those comments. I also didn't catch the obvious hashtag and previous SFP post. I'm retarded. I concede.

I hereby accept all ridicule that comes my way.

Is it just me or does it look like he's put on some muscle weight? Legs look thicker, as well as upper body. Maybe it's just the uniform, but I hope it's true. I know he's young, but he has looked like a toothpick the past year.

Thank you sir. I hope to repay your faith in me, from this day until my last, with posts featuring only the most eloquent, poignant, and insightful thoughts. Those that meet or (god willing) exceed the incredibly high standards that my unapologetically proud homosexual predecessors have set. I ask that all of you, my distinguished, man-loving Soccer Board brethren are able to find it in your hearts to look past my silly, thoughtless errors and move forward with me.

I stand before you all on this fateful afternoon a humbled man and ask for your prayers and well-wishes during these trying times.

Sorry that is incorrect. SlowEasyConfident was the answer we were looking for.

Pulisic went to Europe when he was 13, not an option for many Americans. Until MLS and other clubs get just compensation for discovering and developing young talent, we will continue to underachieve.

Perhaps you are mistaken or possibly I am but my research says he did not go to Europe until he was 15.

Actually didn't sign with Dortmund until he was 16, but that's still earlier than most Americans can go to Europe.

Is it underachieving if you don't actually have the top-level talent yet?
