Match is this Sunday. Should be a pretty intense atmosphere. Sky Sports just said that many of the AFCW supporters plan on showing up wearing bio-hazard gear as to not be "contaminated."

Winkelman admits uprooting Wimbledon was a bad idea

Anyone know if they'll be showing it on FSC like 2 weeks ago?

Lower levels of English football, an intense rivalry and a knockout cup tie?

I'll set the over/under on shitty challenges at 26.

For a not so soccer savvy fan, can someone tell me a little bit about the background between these two teams?

Never mind, just read the article. Are there any good stories of conflict between the two fan bases?

My best understanding of it all is that the fan bases do their best to avoid each other.

I've heard bad comparisons to IRA vs. UVF, but that's a bit hyperbolic. It is sport, after all. Also, I don't think even in a metaphorical sense that the vitriol is THAT bad. It's bad, mind you. But not THAT bad.

This will be the first time the two sides meet. It's going to get real ugly.

I can't wait.

AFC Wimbledon were formed in 2002 by Wimbledon FC supporters dismayed by the FA's decision to allow the club to move to Milton Keynes. Since their creation they have risen from the ninth tier of English football to League Two

I thought this was called the Scottish Premier League.
