Depends but it was obviously intentional.
I enjoyed the announcer forming his opinion having it proven wrong multiple times by slow mo replay and continuing to stick to his misfiring guns.

Yeah, I thought it was a clear hand ball and thought someone who got paid to analyze the game would have as well.

It was a hand ball no doubt. But so was the one in the box. Much bigger miss from Dean. He had a good look at both of them too.

I loved when the last replay showed him clearly move his arm out toward the ball and the announcer was like well I still think he was trying to move his arm to get it out of the way.
