I think we lineup just like we did against RM. He doesn't seem to be fricking around as much lately. It is Pep though...

No fricking around. IMO best lineup.

Jackie boy starting in a fricking CL final.

Akanji and Ake on the wings. Walker on the bench

I love Walker, but we don't need him tbh. With Vini, I get it you want that pace. Akanji has been clinical though. Same with Ake. I'm good with any combo of the 3 tbh.

Feel way better than I did seeing Sterling and no Dinho/Rodri last go round.

It's hilarious to me we won this year because honestly I think this has been the worst of Peps title teams at city. We somehow beat the brakes off Bayern and Madrid then limped to a win against Inter. Glad we did it now though because the turnover will be hard and heavy the next 2 seasons.

Great season. Incredibly proud of the team. Fitting that Rodri would deliver the crucial goal. A fourth consecutive championship is on the horizon.

Now that City have won the treble and 5 of the last 6 EPL titles, I'm ok if there is an "off" year next year (like 2nd or 3rd place ).

One trophy City must win, however, is the Community Shield. Tired of losing that one. Been 4 years. LFG, lads!!!

Also, I had mentioned in the game thread yesterday that KDB has been a bit off for a month or so. Now we know why. He's had a torn hamstring for the last two months. He will most likely miss the start of next season as he heals. Sporting of him to power through it to help the team win all the silver. LINK

ETA: Has there ever been a more glorious melt than SCH's yesterday? When I melt, I at least admit that I'm melting.
