Real Madrid is not prepared. MLS All-Stars by at least 3 goals.

Question for the board, would you prefer the current all-star game format, east/west, or US vs World?

East vs west. I think we are at a point where mls has enough names and enough interest for this format. In my opinion the current format is a lose lose situation.

Given its a meaningless game, current format..

much more of an entertainment factor.. I doubt I'd even tune in for east v west..

They should make it a weekend and add a skills challenge and a legends match or something.

I could be wrong, but I think they do have a skills challenge.

What does this have to do with Neymar?

He wouldn't make the MLS All-Star team.

I think the current format until the all-stars smoke a powerhouse euro team that actually plays.

Then change it to a east/west game or something.

Probably quite a few years away from that though.

I don't think that you're going to get a European power to go all-out in a preseason game against an all-star team any time soon.

Are all star games just an American thing or do other countries do them as well?

Specifically for soccer, do leagues like EPL, La Liga or Bundesliga have them?

FC Cincinnati advances to the semi-final of the Open Cup and will host the NYC Red Bulls.

No, the closest thing they have are testimonials or legends matches
