Is there an owner in any sport more hated than Stan Kroenke, who owns 2 soccer teams and still doesn't get it?

I just can't believe they planned, built and opened that stadium already knowing that we were getting the World Cup for 2026 and didn't make it wide enough for soccer. Whoever designed that just set fire to millions of dollars in revenue.
I mean, it's not like LA has historically hosted a bunch of USMNT and Mexico matches or anything.

Isn’t SoFI supposed to host Olympic soccer as well? Are they upgrading the Coliseum for 2028 T&F?

They should do the Rose Bowl anyway. Fits more people and has a lot of historical WC and soccer history tied to it.

Eh but you can't see that on TV. All people will notice is a sea of humanity watching a game on the best looking turf in the world.

didn't the Las Vegas stadium also blow it for soccer accommodation? i noticed its not even listed as a venue for 2026. I hope Dallas gets the final....anywhere but metlife which is an awful stadium
