The quote that stuck out to me most and he is absolutely correct
If we have any chance of dreaming of getting respect from the world's great teams then we have to start showing that we belong with them. This will be the perfect place to start and to get at least some of the kids at home to start kicking a ball around instead of hoops or baseball bats
