If that is true then they deserve absolutely everything coming there way. I totally agree.
But I don't think you can go around claiming that just because you "think" that's what they meant, then that's exactly what they meant. That's why we have tribunals, hearings, trials etc. Evidence is presented to find the truth, and no evidence regarding whether Luis meant it that way or not was presented. That's why I have a problem with it.

SO both sides have rested and given closing arguments. Waiting on a judgement.
Also I found this on twitter again that may shed light on why people weren't writing about Terry.
