Schweinsteiger, is he available? I'd like Lahm to go back to RB

Probably don't want to risk him.

His knee is still a bit sore but he could play. He didn't look good in '12 playing through an injury so Low probably wants to not use him until he has to.

Lahm is incredible at DM but if they could get Schweinsteiger back healthy, they could get even better.

If Löw had any nuts, he's put Durm at right back

He's the better option? Or would he provide more of an attacking threat like when Lahm is playing RB?

He would be better going forward than Boateng. I'm just not a fan of playing centerbacks all across the back line. Plus Durm is fricking good.

What's the story on the brothers?

BTW, you are my go to Germany expert, so I apologize in advance for all the questions.

Me either, and probably explains why their back four is their weakness at this point. I really think that when Schweinsteiger is inserted in the lineup and Lahm can go back to RB, they'll be really really tough to beat (more than they already are anyway)

I don't mind. Their dad's from Ghana. KPB decided to play for Ghana, Jerome decided to play for Germany. They didn't get alone for a while but I think they're close now.

I'd like to see them (not against us) line up with Durm at LB and Lahm at RB with Khedira, Kroos and Schweinsteiger as a midfield 3. I don't like Low will do it, though

He probably won't, but he should be able to take this team to the finals regardless... Or they should be able to take him.
