Panama was outplaying Mexico in the 2nd half, looked like Panama got a second yellow red, but the ref rescinded it despite not reviewing it.

Don’t care how the ref did it but he has called a good fair game so far, and he made the correct call so completely good with it, wish we had refs like that in premiers league
