So, I have to make some decisions. I got a little too fancy in this transfer window.
I currently have signed 3 player to contract expiry deals (Reus, Gotze, and an old GK to tide me over while my young GK grows).
I have a lot of transfer budget so I've been throwing it around. I threw $121 million for Messi and Barca accepted. I have enough for Messi, but I also put in a bid for Pogba at the same time (he's still only 24/25 I think). I can't get both with my current budget.
Should I pick one or the other?
I can also get rid of a current player. Man City put in a $110 mil bid for Lukaku and Newcastle United put in a $95 mil bid for Ross Barkley.
I'm considering letting Barkley go because I'm bringing in Gotze. While Gotze is older, he's a better player (he's rated 89 vs Barkley's 85) and it's not like I'm going to be playing this career for 6 or 7 more seasons. I'm very against letting Lukaku go, because Rooney is likely going to retire next season or the one after. He's already 87 and he'll likely be the best ST in the game in a season or two.

Just signed a CM youth player on May 1 (Season 2) with Chelsea. It said he was 72-77 Ovr/91-94 Pot. Turns out he's a 77, and plays CAM/CM/CDM. He has 5 star skills and weak foot. 75+ in stamina, sprint speed, and accel. Easily the best youth player I've ever signed
No better feeling.

So in my current manager mode I have a full back and a CB that are both 90+ overall players, one from Spain and the other from the US that I brought up from my youth squad and they are both "Complete Defenders" and "complete forwards". Has anyone else ever this happen? I feel like it's pretty strange ....

Did you sign him to your youth squad or from the youth squad to the senior team?
To the senior team. He's 17 y/o, I have him starting in front of Oscar for now. I'm doing my best Jose impersonation and trying to force Oscar out for no reason.

Yeah, but it was always a CM/CDM who had both complete defender and midfielder. That's actually a bad arse combo

Team just fricking collapsed at the end of the season. Bowed out to Inter in the QTRs of Europa, losing 2-0 away then 3-1 @ home. Next, I drop from the top 4 and only need a DRAW the last match of the season vs mid-table Stuttgart to take 4th place....nope, lose 2-0 AT frickING HOME and take 5th place based on goal differential

Sounds like the manager needs to go. Inexcusable.

Just signed Cabral from Sunderland on a pre-contract...he is suuuuuuper glitched. Starts as a 65 with a 70 in potential, but I'm getting him at 80 and growing.
96 balance
96 strength
89 agility
86 jumping
85 attack position
83 short passing
83 interceptions
83 aggression
82 long passing
82 defending
80 ball control

Went full blown Chelsea with Tika Musonda. Sold him as a 58 in the first window, just bought him in January of year 2 at a 78. I think I sold him for £50k and just repurchased at £3.5M

I went back to my Everton manager career and I essentially have the England back line after I bought Gary Cahill. Bainesy, Jagielka, Cahill. I'm not sure if that's a good thing though.
Add in Seamus Coleman as my RB and my defence should be pretty stellar. I made CL and my club is pretty well-rounded. Hopefully I don't get knocked out in qualifying.

So sometimes I get bored playing my manager mode and I'll play my be a pro. Well, I noticed the other day that in a match (I'm in my second season with Charleton Athletic) that every time I got an accomplishment it would not only give me the one I had just gotten, I.E. score 50 goals, it also gave me all the previous ones before that. Well, my pro was an 84 overall going into the season and after I played two matches and got all these accomplishments which I figured was just a glitch, they actually were given to my player. He's now a 97 overall and several of his attributes are more than 100. Like my ball skills is 120 lol. I'm actually pretty mad because now it's just not fun anymore. I can single handedly beat any team I play against. Has anyone else had this happen???

I cannot log into ea on my console anymore. Anyone else have this issue?

Yea, I downloaded the Battlefield Hardline demo yesterday and couldn't get that to work either. So it's an Origin issue and not FIFA specifically.
I'm assuming they store all my FIFA data on the Origin name and not my XBL name.

I haven't been playing in hopes of some advice, but I think I'll sell Barkley and take Messi + Pogba.
