Yeah, he's super serious about this idea. Is that the scariest part of the debacle? Not only is FIFA the most corrupt sporting organization on the planet, a former 2nd in command (could be wrong, thought he got there though) can't figure out that an article alleging that a World Cup was announced and would commence play in mere hours was not serious. He is really that stupid.
Side note: I wonder how his lawyers feel about him posting this video? It is not a good reflection on him.
