Still, according to the Confederation of North, Central and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF), an appeal can be filed for 'parties directly affected by a decision' and with a three weeks window to file a claim.

Dead Spin

ESPNFC

quote:

On the equalizing goal, the ball came into the box from a corner. It deflected off of Gabriel Torres' rear end, and struck the inside of the far post. Panama striker Blas Perez, his shirt being pulled from behind fell to the ground and the ball bounced off his shoulder before coming to rest on the goal line. He tried to get the ball across the line, but Costa Rica defender Ronald Matarrita, seated within the goal, kicked the ball off of Perez and out of play on the other side of the post.

I know this is will end up being another slap in the face for US Soccer, but wanted to post anyway.

I look forward to seeing Costa Rica's Under-17 squad go up against Panama when they replay the game. Yippee!

Once everybody and his brother saw T&T go up 2-0 over the USA, the entire non-USA CONCACAF immediately understood what they were going to do.

What happened after 2-0 in those other games was no amazing incredible one-in-a-million happenstance. The USA crapped their pants and chose to put their fate in the hands of Mexico, Costa Rica, and CONCACAF officiating.

They chose poorly.

CONCACAF gonna CONCACAF.

Hopefully with this happening VAR will be implemented for next qualifying.

Hell you can barely see the white goal line.
