They seem to fine Eastern Euro teams about €15K for Racist Chants and Monkey Noises, so this will probably be about €250,000.
Priorities.

That video was kind of hard to watch.

Only good thing about it is that some other (white) Kiev fans actually tried stopping it.

They back up my point that most of the fines have been ridiculously low.

You're right CSKA got a bigger fine. Was it their first incident?

Ok. Southern Europe has plenty of racist fans too (according to my examples that I spent 30 seconds looking for).

All I wanted to do was point out that:
They have been Way too lenient on past incidents have of racism.
Some (but certainly not all) have been in Eastern Europe.
They have been way harsher on stupid stuff like poor pitch quality, Bendtner's underpants, etc.
