Y'all thought it would be a cakewalk but we were the MUCH better team and you're damn lucky to get out with a draw. See you in London

Just like last year when PSG was up 3-1. I fricking hate Chelsea, but PSG is done. So is Blanc.

You're delusional. PSG was easily the better team, but go on acting like Chelsea has never lost a game at home before

And Chelsea fans complaining about the refs after all those no calls is comical I wasn't even going to go there but wow.

You got the draw, congrats and all but don't be so pretentious. PSG was better than you all day and you know it.

Your banter is shite tier level. You should be ashamed

Also,

Our players who got yellows committed roughly half as many fouls as the PSG players who got yellows. PSG was punished far less for their fouling than we were, and it allowed them to change the entire flow of the game. Y'all broke up every single one of our attacks with a foul, many times not even resulting in a call, let alone a card. How David Luiz managed to not get a yellow is beyond me.

It was honestly a great match. As much as people say that PSG didn't have a full squad you can say the same for Chelsea. Costa and Cesc came into this game cold. The next one is going to be an even better one I think, and this is coming from a City fan.

Agreed with this. Plus you'd expect PSG to play well at home, if they didn't then it would really show their tier 2 Europe status. I'm happy with the draw and away goal, sets Chelsea up great for the return to the Bridge.

I didn't even bring up the refs but there were a bunch of no calls PSG could have gotten. If you want to say they were bad on both sides that's fine I guess but to use that as a reason PSG was better is not only pathetic but patently false.

At least they played and were healthy. Lucas and Cabaye didn't even suit up and Pastore/Marquinhos were hobbled. Sure it didn't help Chelsea's cause but PSG were much worse off in that department and it's really not debatable.

Less than 15 years ago Chelsea was basically only a little better than QPR yet their fans act like they are Real Madrid and always have been

PSG had a 3-1 lead last year going to the Bridge.

That is essentially 3-1.5 with the away goal. It is now 1.5-1, and Chelsea are a much better squad than last year. fricking Demba Ba, got the winner. You remember him from his Newcastle days. He is now in Turkey and playing Tottenham next Thursday... fricking..

You may be right, and that's all fine and good, but give PSG credit for being the better team today and for being a little unlucky on a number of fronts. Hey that's soccer, I understand that, just admit when you get away with one like you just did.

Never said Chelsea has always been at the top, nor do I think Chelsea is the top right now. There are many Euro teams above us, but we're definitely above PSG.

I'm an Arsenal fan. I know what it is like to run shite and lose. PSG is done. Chelsea will play completely different at the Bridge.

I don't think Glass will be admitting his club got away with anything tonight.

Both teams had times of being unlucky, like you said thats football. However saying either team was the better team can be easily debated. Chelsea had several times when they looked threatening, or had a good possession broken up by a needless foul. We move past that and on to the next game now. The fact is the game finished 1-1 so no matter who either person thinks "played better" will always be conflicted by our colored lenses and the fact is it doesn't matter. Chelsea got a draw and an away goal, and now PSG will come to the Bridge looking to get at least that.

Then he's not being honest with himself. You can be a fan and still be objective. Hey you can laugh all the way to the bank if you want to but don't give me this pretentious nonsense.

14 shots to 2 and no amount of "oh we didn't try to push ahead" can excuse the several point blank opportunities we missed after it was 1-1 nor the 2 or 3 other really solid looks we got.

If it had just been a sloshfest with nobody getting opportunities after Chelsea's unbelievably luck goal then okay, you parked the bus and did it well, but it wasn't like that at all.

Sounds like PSG has no one to blame but themselves then. Maybe a better team would have finished one of those and it would have been a different outcome. You can't expect to win past the group stage of the Champions League if you can't finish your shots.

Give it time. PSG has only been at this for a few years and between Lucas, Verratti, and Marquinhos (and Rabiot to a lesser extent) they have some of the best young talent in the world.

You're right. It wasn't anything Chelsea did, they are just the beneficiaries.
