No. Can you educate me? I only have time to watch some EPL and some MLS with an occasional bundesliga game. I've heard the name but couldn't tell you more than the fact that he's probably French.

Badass centre-half for Athletic. Had a bad injury second-half of last season. City really wanted to sign him this summer, but he re-upped with Athletic instead.

Basque defender for Bilbao, linked with Chelsea last January window. Came up through youth for France but has decided to try to represent Spain from here on. Re-upped with Bilbao back in June and has a release clause of more than 60m euros. Very promising center half.
Fun fact is only he and Lizarazu are Basque players from the French side of the border to play for Bilbao.

Bilbao central defender. I believe he was a Man City target this summer. Immensenly talented and I think he was all XI for La Liga.
His family has Basque roots. Otherwise, I doubt he would be at Bilbao.
