Wouldn't pay, he'd ask 
Aaron, anyone(with a brain) can see he is not worth the money. For Pete's sake, he's out the first 6 games! So you spend all that money, he must be a starter, but not for 6, then the person in his place could do just as good but will be replaced after 6?! That's how you make an unsteady team. That's how you don't win silverware.

At this point I would take him. We waited too long with a lot of players, and our options are limited. Suarez would fit really well tactically but I wish we had a reasonable back up plan.

I could see both having roles. Since we aren't buying a CM, we are probably moving Ox central, which means there are two spots open on the wing. Miyachi as a late game sub would be pretty excellent to have. He's faster than Gnabry, but Serge seems more confident on the ball. I like that these two are natural wide players, so hopefully we won't see any more central midfielders on the wing.

Why are you concerned with Silent Stan's pocketbook? 50m pounds does us no good sitting in his bank. I'd much rather have 3 years of a top 10 player. So what if he misses 6 matches (1 of those being an FA early round..) out of a potential 150?

Money doesn't go bad. And Suarez could be poison to this team. I'd rather take my chances somewhere else than on him.

He's definitely not useless. He can play in the CL qualifying rip ounces, which is always a tricky tie. While having him out six games is annoying, that could be beneficial on the back end of the season, as he could feature more, especially if we aim to actually compete for trophies.
We also have to think of this long term. He probably has 4 or 5 years left at the top level. If he's playing with us and playing well, what do six games matter. I mean, way back when, in 98 or so, Vieira spit on a dude and was suspended for six games, but no one remembers that, because he contributed so much more. We should look at total contribution, not immediate.
