Generally poor, uneducated, depressed area of the country thus highly passionate, disproportionate number of vile incidents over the years, live off of past glories (pre-Saban). Pretty clear.

If you gave a description of Bama + fans to a British person, the only clubs they would think of would be DeadCo and Real Madrid.

Sense of entitlement
Media obsession
Many dubious championships
Massive amount of money

Well, we beat a top class team, with top class talent who has a plethora of awesome Swiss Internationals. Fulham is a very formidable opponent.

Okay, maybe only the Swiss part is true. But we're gunnin' for ya, Arsenal.

I know you claim to have traveled to England before, but it's statements like this that make me think you've never set foot in the country.

There was an amazing article about the rift between Martin Palermo and Riquelme. Movie stuff, me thinks.

i thought more of those boca players circa 2002-2004 would have developed into bigger stars. burdisso, battaglia, clemente rodriguez, etc. seems they all had short spells in europe and just kind of never took the next step.
