Yeah, apparently it's a thing for recent Champions League participants. You guys wouldn't know about it.

Nike has made minor modifications for the template for next season...primarily they truncated the striping on the sides of the jerseys and shorts.

need to go to old school Adidas

Blues with some shadow stripes in it

White with shadow stripes

Would be clean and sharp.

Possible Spurs shirt

Not too bad IMO FWIW FYI. Would be much better without the shield and with a blue sponsor logo. It does favor the England home shirt pretty good though.

It seems weird that Nike would go through the process of acquiring the rights to Spurs jerseys then not come up with something new. You can already predict their away kit without even knowing much about it. It will likely be navy with darker navy sleeves and white/gold piping.

I would've preferred that they stayed with Under Armour. I liked the unique designs

Nike has one template

Adidas on the other hand has tons of templates and no team is married to just one of them

You do know that's all one template, right?

I'm usually a fan of Nike's stuff, but those are all the same template. The only reason they have unique designs on the torso is because of their traditional looks. If they were just known for a color instead of their unique halved jerseys, they would look exactly like that Spurs leak.

And that Roma kit is just an example of how lazy Nike has gotten. Roma has had the most beautiful kits in the recent past. That one is recycled garbage.

It's one style of kit yes, regarding collar and the kit itself, but the color schemes are not the template like the one City and other national teams have used.

I'm not saying Nike's template for a lot of teams isn't getting old, it is. Thank God they are making an actual City home kit this year, but Monaco amongst others, they did fine.

I mean Nike isn't the only company doing it.

That city kit looks like all the other kits. It's sort of hard to tell, but it looks like the sleeves are slightly a different color than the torso.

That's one of their templates. Check out each of those teams away and third kits. Three kits and three different templates

I don't know why, but those models weird me out. Seems weird not to use "cheaper" athletes with soccer physiques.

I don't think the sleeves are a different color, but I believe the stripes that are on these nike kits are white on that City shirt so it makes them appear a bit lighter. We also added that maroon stripe on the socks.

City are supposedly unveiling the kits this week, I believe.
