How?
ETA: Sounds like Juan Delgado is just waiting on his work permit.
Barca signing Aleix Vidal of Sevilla. Won't be able to play for them until after the transfer ban ends.

Here's some real inside scoop on the Van Persie rumor:
My friend has a trendy bar that specializes in bagels in Rome and Van Persie and his wag came in two days ago. The counter person, a Lazio supporter, asked him, in Italian, if he was joining Lazio. Van Persie looked a bit uncomfortable and said, "just the bagels".

Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign striker Danny Ings from relegated Burnley subject to a medical.
The forward will move to Anfield this summer and he follows James Milner to Merseyside, who transfers there from Manchester City.
Not a bad move, wonder what the fee will be bc Spurs put in a way over inflated bid on him.
quote:
He has opted for Merseyside despite interest from Tottenham, who had been willing to pay £12m for Ings in order to discuss a transfer with him provided the bid was accepted.
Burnley are due a compensation fee for the player because he is under 24 but they have rejected Liverpool’s undisclosed offer and talks are ongoing as the two clubs bid to reach a settlement.
If they are unable to do so, the amount will be determined by the Premier League, who would have to form a compensation committee to deal with the case.

BARCA CLOSE IN ON GUNDOGAN
It appears Barcelona are showing no signs of slowing down in the transfer market with Spanish newspaper Sport claiming the Champions League winners are closing in on a deal for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
The report suggests Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu is keen to wrap up a deal before the club’s upcoming presidential elections.
It goes on to suggest the only decision the Catalan giants have to make is whether Gundogan goes back to Dortmund until the club’s transfer embargo ends or they bring him to Spain where he could only feature in reserve games.

More manger moves:
Montella seems to be out at Fiorentina
Sarri (from Empoli) is in at Napoli
Seems Mihajlovic will be hired at Milan (though there's rumors the Doyen agents will now have a lot of say at Milan, being some of the money behind Mr Bee and they are pushing for a different manager)

Doing some random stat watching and Mirko Vucinic scored 25 goals in 23 matches in the UAE. Come back to Serie A Mirko.

Montella got sacked and the club cited "lack of respect" because he was entertaining offers from Napoli and Milan.
