Week 10 Shorthand Table:

1. Mick 24
2. VKC 21
3. WSE 18
4. BPG 16
5. Wait 15
6. etm 12
7. Tigerstark 12
8. Sticky 12
9. GC 10
10. rdw 9

Week 10 Total Score (divide by 10 for average score):

1. Mick 524
2. Wait 473
3. BPG 453
4. etm 425
5. VKC 424
6. rdw 412
7. WSE 411
8. GC 390
9. Tigerstark 362
10. Sticky 352

Week 10 Recap and Team Breakdowns:

GC 62 defeats BPG 30

Is the Category 5 Harry Kane coming back to the Prem in style? The Spurs star bagged a hat trick and scored a game-high 17. If Kane continues his form, then the GC strike force will be nearly unstoppable with Odion Ighalo and Graziano Pelle are top three strikers thus far on the season. The midfield leaves a little to be desired, but Gerard Deulofeu posted a solid 5 point effort. Despite tying for a league-best six clean sheets, Hart is fourth among goalies. However, he will be a strong start every week between City's pipes. I think this team is on the rise, but Harry Kane will dictate the success.

Sanchez, Mata, and Coutinho is a nasty midfield trio, but they did not do much in week 10. Cech should compete for top fantasy keeper after Boaz Myhill stops standing on his head. The back line is generally solid, but they combined for a disappointing three points in week 10. Troy Deeney has been solid as FWD12 thus far, but Callum Wilson was the difference maker. I think that BPG's should stay around the same place, and he is third in scoring, so the place in the table is very legit.

VKC 43 defeats WSE 36

I think my team is a little above average, so second in the table may be a little fortunate. Taking Pedro over KDB is not looking promising, but I can only hope that the Special One somehow turns around that train wreck for the sake of my supplemental pick. The strength of my squad is the back four. I told you baws that Smalling would eat, and he is currently second among all DEF in scoring. Kompany has started off brilliantly and captains a side that should lead the league in clean sheets. Fonte and Ashley Williams are guaranteed season long production. Putting Giroud back at captain was good for both my week 10 performance and to profile my team's outer beauty. If Sturridge can stay healthy (yeah right), then I believe in my dynamic duo up front. I think my team is deep, but I lack Mick's quality.

Mesut Ozil has done a great job since putting on the armband for WSE. I still have to think that Hazard will earn it back at some point, but who really knows with the craziness at Stamford Bridge. If de Gea started the whole season, then his points would have projected out to 43 points (or equal with Joe Hart). That total is nothing crazy, but you know there is always a chance for a clean sheet with a quality side and the league's top keeper. I have been saying Berahino is this team's x-factor, and he now has three goals in his last five games. It is no coincidence that WSE won those three games and scored at least 54 points in each of them. I like this team, and WSE has the silver bullet in Hazard to make a title run.

Sticky 52 defeats Tigerstark 50

Despite leaving 8 Christian Benteke points on the bench (he should be an auto-start each week), Sticky pulled off a clutch two-point victory. The strength of this team in its midfield, and it showed in week 10 with Santi's 8 x 2 effort and Lamela's 7. Between Oscar, KDB, and Bastian, this is one of the deepest and most talented midfields in the league. If Gael Clichy can return to health and make it into regular City lineups, then he could help Sticky move up the table.

Scoring 50 tends to do the trick, but Pantilimon's heroic 10 points effort was not enough to stop Sticky's attack. While the Chelsea DEF duo have been brutal, Koscielny is on form with 17 points in his last two matches. Rooney is playing up top alone for Tigerstark, and he certainly appears to need a partner for this fantasy team. With two goals and an assist in his last five matches, Matt Ritchie has been very strong lately and keeping this team afloat at 4-6. If Tigerstark wants to make any noise, then he needs Rooney and Cabaye to lead the way.

rdw 31 defeats Real 30

From first to worst, rdw secured a much-needed ugly victory in week 10. Boaz Myhill is the only one who came to play, and he has been the class of fantasy goalies with a robust 57 points. Cesc has certainly been a disappointment this year with only 23 points and only one assist on the season. After a red hot start, Anthony Martial "Arts" has three straigt two-point performances. However, I am encouraged by him playing every minute in the last five matches. The season is still young and the defending champ can only go up.

Wait has a strong clamp on being the unluckiest team in the league. He loses by one point in week 10, but the real bad luck is demonstrated by the fact that he is .500 despite the second best point in the league. While Dimitri Payet continues to dominate and leads all players in scoring, everyone else laid an egg in week 10. Leaving Ross Barkley on the bench ended up being extremely costly as his presence would have wrapped up a win. Personally, I am surprised he ever left Wait's first team. Out of every team, I think this squad is the most likely to move up the standings due to his season total of 473 points.

Mick 47 defeats etm 37

The cream of the crop is quite clearly Mick's powerhouse team. Adrian is a bit of a weak spot at keeper, but the production is made up everywhere else. Bacary Sagna is DEF3 with 50 points, and he will continue to eat as long as he stays in the lineup each week. Three Man City defenders are in the top five. Andre Ayew has been a wizard with half of his performances resulting in 7+ points and he scored 9 in week 10. It is no surprise he is only outscored by Payet, Mahrez, and Alexis at the position. Yaya, Memphis, and Saido round out a loaded midfield. However, the MVP of the best team in the league is Jamie Vardy. At 70 points, Vardy is currently the runaway winner for the Golden Boot with 10 goals. Aguero (boosted by a five-goal bonzana), Wijnaldum (who eviscerated Norwich with four goals), and Alexis all are in the rearview mirror with six apiece. However, it is more impressive how Vardy does it. He has seven straight matches with at least one goal. He has scored in 8/10 matches this season and a goal or assist in 9/10. Jamie Vardy has scored at least five points in every week, but week 2. There is no more guaranteed production in the Prem than the Leicester star.

The streakiest team in the league is definitely etm after dropping week 1, winning four straight, and he is now in a five-match tailspin. The absence of David Silva is critical as he has only logged one appearance in City's previous six matches. Fortunately, Riyad Mahrez continues to play like a first overall draft pick with 70 points on the year that is only tied by Vardy and eclipsed by Payet. The week 10 star for etm was Allan-Romeo Nyon who produced 8 points in a clean sheet for Watford, but he was no match for the league's best. I doubt these extreme sequences will continue and Silva's eventual return will be critical for etm to start racking up more W's.
