So rumors of SAF wanting M'Vila that have been around for months are BS because QPR is about to sign him now? Ok...

That was step 1 of the rationale. Come on, I explained my position at least decently enough to get the main point across. And I wasn't trying to be an arse to you or Beast (though I was slightly peeved at Beast's sentence I quoted in the original post on this), I just think that makes absolutely no sense that the wealthiest club in the world would let its manager's top target slip away when they aren't getting out-moneyed or out-prestiged in the race for him. If he's not a top target, but just a guy SAF likes a bit, then that makes sense why he wouldn't go after him. It was the top target bit that had me confused.

That makes sense. I don't have SAF's master list, and neither does anyone else. It's just a rumor that SAF is really, really high on this guy.

This isn't a transfer, but transfermarkt released some new valuations. It's in German, but you dont really need to speak German to navigate the values well enough. I find it to be mostly objective and not too reactionary. They also have rumors and percent chances of transfers happening. I'm sure some of you may have been to the website before.

some noticable jumps
Alaba 16-> 22mm
Kroos 23-> 32mm
Robben 28-> 22mm
Gotze 30 -> 42mm
Muller 32 -> 37mm
Dante 8 -> 10mm
Shaqiri 12.5 > 15mm
Mandzukic 14 -> 16mm
Boateng 15 -> 18mm

Last year FCB's squad was worth 317.900.000 € now it's at 435.450.000 €.
I'll post the team values and player values in separate links to ease any language barriers, because, well, because i'm a great guy
Teams

Players

ETA America
So I guess to make this post more interesting to the board, I'll list some of the yanks and how they stack up position wise...
Fab- 4mm. 9th highest valued LB in the league. Also worth mentioning he has the most goals (3) and third most assists (2)

Timmy- 4.5mm. 5th highest valued RB. 1 goal and 1 assist.

Jermaine Junior- 4.5mm. 17th highest valued DM. 1 goal, 3 assists, 3 yellow cards, 1 red card and 0 fricks given.

Danny Williams- 2mm. 32 highest valued DM. 1 goal 6 yellow cards

C'mon War... you're suppose to know that y'all bought Nick Powell this past summer for ~£3mm (up to 6 with add ons)

I know this, and I'm failing to see what this has to do with a discussion about Yann M'Vila.

I assume you already have Pep's list, then.

Actually, after I re-read it, my response wasnt relevant...

I think he's saying the last time United paid approx 8mm (m'villa's reported fee) for a player, it was bebe... who sucked arse and continues to suck arse... hence the conspiracy theory

I don't have Pep's list but I do have Jupp's daily routine

Morning - have breakfast, call Franck to see how he's doing. Have a cup of coffee.
Arrive at training, yell at youth players to get off of his lawn. Take a nap during fitness training.
Lunch - enjoy some prune juice - it's good for the prostate.
Pose in mirror for an hour to see how many buttons to leave unbuttoned.
Afternoon - chase off youth squad with a broom, buy Franck some flowers, try to convince Manuel Neuer to stop trying to be an outfield player. Prank call Jens Lehmann.
Watch wheel of fortune and eat some bratwrust, in bed by 8.

Wildly underrated. He'd be the best crosser in the world if he was allowed to cross from outside of the stadium

I'm trying to remember.. was Tn Bhoy the delo hater?

As my last post today before returning to my break, I was not a hater of El Chosen Juan. I dislike, and still dislike, Jozy, Edu, and Bedoya.

Now to the story of Celtic signing Juan. Lennon really wants him. The problem, just like with Sacha, is the MLS. They've supposedly put a pricetag on him which would be fine for a more polished player, but is ludicrous for someone with Juan's career to date. If the MLS relents a bit, Celtic will sign him. If not, Lennon will probably wait until the summer.

Wenger was asked about Cavani today at the presser and said he liked him, that he cost a lot, then some *totally* seriously comment about our banker being next door! Clearly we're getting him!
