You can just copy the first league with how everything is done.
I guess we should pick a date to start the draft. We need to randomize the picks. I think there is some fantasy football site that does this. Maybe fftoolbox.com or something like that.
Like I said, I will be kind of shitty to work with next week, but I will do my best.

I need to learn how to make a google doc, but I can do it. 
You can just copy my format. There is nothing to do just yet outside of getting your league members.
It is important to get your ten owners (including you) ASAP. Mick has listed a bunch of guys in the OP. Start a separate thread if needed.
We will a draft thread and then a season long thread.

How does the EPL site handle subs?

Auto subs anyone on your bench. Your bench is on the site is one goalie and three outfield players. We have an extra roster spot.
I would say to do either the EPL way or pick subs before the match (to make it like real soccer with three subs).

I say we use all 5 bench players as subs (listed in order). If you have a starter that DNP then you take the first listed bench player (assuming he played and assuming he keeps your lineup legit). If either of those criteria arent met then you go to the next player on the bench.

No worries, I work from home one day a week so I can do most of it then. Just so happens its on Tuesday after Monday night football (UK).
I'm assuming I'll need peoples emails and such to communicate, so I'll create a commissioner email and post it for my entrants. I'll work on that this evening.
