Spain is better as a whole. Ronaldo gives brazil a great chance.
50/50 either way/

-----------Xavi------Rondaldihno------------

Honestly it would depend where the game was played.

Then change formations and put Rivaldo in.
Seriously though, I don't see any way you can leave Rivaldo out of the starting lineup.

Would you play rivaldo over inesta or david silva?
I wouldn't.
I thought yall were talking about Gilberto not David.
David Silva is better than Rivaldo. that's a no brainer for me.

Absolutely. Both guys are exceptional players, but neither are in Rivaldo's league as far as scoring.

I dislike Biscuits, but he's better than Gilberto Silva.

I'd probably take Iniesta over Rivaldo, no way I'd take D. Silva over him.

I'd have it Alonso > G. Silva > Busquets

Ronaldinho wasn't in his prime at that point, so I would take Cesc or Xabi Alonso. Also, here is what I got with a 4-4-2:
--------Ronaldo-------
-----Rivaldo-----------
Silva----------Iniesta
---Xavi-Fabregas---
R.Carlos-------Cafu
-----Lucio-Puyol----
-------Casillas-------
--------Ronaldo-------
-----Rivaldo-----------
Silva----------Iniesta
---Xavi-Fabregas---
R.Carlos-------Cafu
-----Lucio-Puyol----
-------Casillas-------

Ronaldinho was pretty damn good in 2002. He may have been overshadowed, but I'd start him for sure.

'02 was Ronaldinhos break out year, was the year that everyone (Barca, United etc.) wanted him.
Rivaldo was just about still god like in '02, and they played a front 3 that is better than Spains at every position, he was as much a LF/LW as Silva is, and better at it.
